It was a fantastic base for sightseeing in Haro. The staff at the reception desk were fairly friendly and affable.- The hotel had a particularly good location near nightlife, food, drinks, nearby wineries, the main square.

The queen room we were given had satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe.

No negatives from this place.

Couldn't stay longer!

Loved the historic-style building and our decent size room with comfortable bed. The hotel was set in a very central area not far from many restaurants and several wineries with excellent wine bars and night life / food / drinks / nearby wineries and public transport.

The room is a nice size and recently renovated. There are particularly nice views.The staff is well-trained and attentive, an absolute asset to this place.

Beautifully remodeled historical building, ideally located near Spain's best bodegas. Ample parking space available. Decent restaurant and excellent breakfast buffet. The lobby is magnificent and the rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with a beautifully restored old cloister to take refuge in. The building is carefully restored and very well maintained. Our room was huge and had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the center of the square. The valet parking option was convenient. The bar staff were lovely and served us delicious drinks and charcuterie. I would recommend this hotel for its charm and helpful staff.

Very tastefully decorated hotel with friendly staff. Lavish surroundings. Loved the covered central courtyard with classical music.

Its a very good hotel with good location, however i think the service level definately requires improvement, esp. the front desk

This place is perfect for exploring the area, with a great bed, spacious air-conditioned rooms, and an amazing breakfast spread including plenty of bread and fruit.

The building is outstanding, something that Spain does really well these old converted monasteries and palaces

The simple things are not so good for a hotel of this 'quality': the mattrass was really poor, the room was too warm. Good for one night only!

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when visiting Spain. The room was well-appointed.- The bed was very clean.- The location was convenient, very close to a performing arts theater.- You could walk to a market and shops.

Generally, the place was gorgeous and had outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. The restaurant here was pleasant for evening meals, we both ordered excellent dishes. The location was great: a market and shops were within walking distance.
